NAUTICAL BASES

 

Our nautical bases are located in Cagliari and Porto Torres, ideal  departure points to visit, with short and pleasant sailing, some of the most famous destinations of the international nautical tourism. Easily attainable in airplane or in ship, Cagliari and Porto Torres offer you complete complementary services at the top of quality.

 

Cagliari - Main town of Sardinia, in the south of the island, Cagliari is founded at the center of the homonym gulf. The very beautiful architecture, the numerous shops and restaurants, a splendid waterfront, the ancient and panoramic bastions make fascinating Cagliari and able to conquer whoever has the fortune to visit it.  "Marina Piccola", our nautical base, is really in center city, to less than a kilometer from the terminal ferries and only 9 kms from the international airport of Cagliari Elmas. The nearest destinations leaving by yacht from Cagliari are Villasimius and the Protected Marine Area of Capo Carbonara (19 miles), Capo Teulada (30 miles), the splendid islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, and, for the true "wolves of sea", Sicily and Tunisia coasts.

 

Porto Torres is located in the north-westerly coast of Sardinia, just in front of the Asinara island, wonderful National Park and Protected Marine Area inside the Sanctuary of the Mammals. Porto Torres is a modern town and the most important ferries harbour in the north of Sardinia, with a nice marina where all services and modern shopping centres are available. “Cormorano Marina”, where our boats are moored, is about 35 kilometers far from the international airport of Alghero Fertilia.

Castelsardo, Alghero, the coasts of Corsica, the Maddalena and Lavezzi Islands, are easily attainable with navigations of varying length between the 15 and the 45 nautical miles.
